If you're new to BenchMarx or have been invited to a project without an existing account, this guide will walk you through the sign-up process. If you've received an invitation to a BenchMarx project but haven't created an account yet, follow the steps below.
How to sign up for BenchMarx on the web?
To sign up on the web, follow this link to Get Started and fill in the following details:
Work email address
Your 8-character password
Note: Your password must be eight (8) characters long and include at least one (1) uppercase letter, one (1) lowercase letter, and one (1) number.
After entering your details, simply click on 'Get Started'.
You'll need to enter your details to finish setting up your account.
First and last name
Company Name
Choose your company type and size from the drop-down menus
Enter your phone number
Lastly, click 'Create Account' to begin using your BenchMarx account.

How to sign up for BenchMarx on the mobile app?
We regret to inform you that at present, our mobile application does not support account sign-up. Kindly register on our website to create an account. However, we've ensured that signing up for BenchMarx on the web remains a straightforward process. Once registered, you'll gain access to all the features and benefits our mobile app offers.
How do I accept an invitation to join BenchMarx as a Member?
Becoming a Member means you're part of the organization and joining the BenchMarx account in your company. If you're looking to join an existing BenchMarx account, here's how:
Email Invitation
Your company's BenchMarx administrator will invite you to join their account. In the email, you'll find a 'Join Now' button. Click it to sign up on the web and create your password. If the button doesn't work, there's also a link provided in the email.
Check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received the invitation. If it's still missing, contact your supervisor. For further assistance, reach out to BenchMarx support.
Complete your profile to sign in:
First and last name

Click 'Continue,' and you'll join the BenchMarx account and see the projects you've been invited to.

How do I accept an invitation to join BenchMarx as a Guest?
Joining as a Guest means you're not part of the organization, but you'll use the BenchMarx account to manage, oversee, or review projects. You might already be part of another BenchMarx account. If you want to join an existing account as a Guest, here's how:

A BenchMarx administrator will invite you to join their account. In the email, you'll find a 'Join Now' button. Click it to sign up on the web and create your password. If the button doesn't work, there's also a link provided in the email.
