At BenchMarx, we offer various subscription plans tailored to your project needs.
We offer three subscription plans:
Basic includes a set number of users, projects, and timesheets.
Pro includes a flexible number of licenses with unlimited projects and timesheets.
Enterprise is designed for organizations seeking customized features, including all functions available in the Basic and Pro plans.

Basic Plan: What's included?
The Basic plan includes up to 4 users working on 2 projects with 500 timesheets each.
Only active and archived projects count toward the limit. If you exceed limits, you'll receive a friendly notification. You can upgrade to a pro account or adjust projects, sheets, or users to stay within limits. Remember, the timesheet limit is per project, and all statuses count except deleted timesheets. Every account begins with the Basic subscription plan and can be upgraded as needed.
Every member and guest on an account contributes to the subscription, regardless of how many projects they're involved in. As soon as someone is invited to join an account, whether they're a member or a guest, they start using a license, even if their status is still pending.

Pro Plan: What's included?
With our Pro plan, you gain access to unlimited projects, providing you with the flexibility and scalability you need for your company. The number of users you can add to your projects is determined by the number of licenses you purchase.
Our system handles payments separately, not through the platform itself. If you're an Account Owner and want to change your subscription plan, you'll need to contact our support team for assistance.
