This article outlines the account permission levels in BenchMarx. It explains the distinction between the various roles available, including Account Owners, Account Managers, Project Admins, Crew Leaders, and Reviewers.

Under the Users tab, as an Account Owner and Account Manager, you can see a list of users. There are two kinds of users you can have under your account: Members or Guests. You can also adjust roles for users to Account Managers (only for members), Project Admins, Crew Leaders, and Reviewers.

Changing the owner of your account is not something you can do directly within the platform. If you wish to transfer ownership to another user, please reach out to BenchMarx support, and they'll assist you in making the necessary changes.

Account Owners and Account Managers have the ability to adjust all users' roles and permissions. Both can modify user permission levels, except for changing an Account Owner's information and details, which only Account Owners can do. An account can have only one Account Owner but multiple Account Managers.

You can adjust user permissions and settings with all subscription plans. Keep in mind that the Users tab is accessible only on the web platform.

*Account Managers have some limitations when it comes to user settings. While they can adjust settings for users below them, they cannot change or remove an Account Owner. The Account Owner holds permissions for payment can only be modified by contacting support.
