Account Owners and Managers are the only users who can access the Account tab. When you click on the 'Account' link at the top of the page, you'll see general information that is used for all projects displayed for all people on your team.

How do I edit my account info?

If you need to update any details about your account, like your name or contact information, you can click on the 'Edit Account Info' button. It will open a pop-up where you can make changes. Here's a simple breakdown of what you'll find there:

  • Account Name: This is the name of your account. It helps you identify which account you're currently managing.

  • Company Type: choose between a general contractor, specialty contractor, owner/developer or other.

  • Number of Employees: Indicate the size of your company, 1 to 10, 11 to 50, 51 to 250 or above 250.

  • Telephone Number: Provide a company or personal telephone number.

Note: Adding a logo at the account level applies to all active projects. However, changes made in project settings will override this.

How do I change my plan?

Below your account details, you'll find the name of your subscription plan. If you're on a paid plan, it will also show you how many licenses you've purchased, which is how many users are covered by your plan. If you want to switch to a different subscription plan. Click on the 'Change Plan' button. This will open a pop-up where you can request a change to your subscription.

How do I get integrations?

Currently, BenchMarx offers integration options with Procore, Jonas, Sage, and QuickBooks. If you require a different type of integration, please reach out to our support team. Even if you have an Enterprise subscription plan, you'll see a section called Integrations. Clicking on 'Connect' will direct you to contact BenchMarx support. This feature is releasing soon, keep an eye out for updates on how to integrate from the web!

How do you upgrade your account?

If you want to upgrade your subscription plan to access more features or support more people, you can click on the 'Upgrade' button. This will open a pop-up where you can request an upgrade.

That's it! The Account tab is where you can manage your account details, check your subscription plan, and make any necessary changes to your account settings.
