Forgetting your password can be frustrating, but resetting your BenchMarx password is a simple process. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account:
Step 1: click on "Forgot your password?"
Go to the BenchMarx sign-in page.
Below the login fields, you'll find a link that says 'Forgot your password?' Click on it.
Step 2: enter your email address
After clicking 'Forgot your password?', you'll be redirected to a page where you can enter your work email address.
Input the email work address associated with your BenchMarx account.
Once you've entered your email, click on the 'Send Reset Instructions' button.
Step 3: check your email
After submitting your work email address, check your inbox. You should receive an email from BenchMarx with further instructions on how to reset your password.
If you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there.
Step 4: follow the instructions in the email
Open the email from BenchMarx. It will contain a link to reset your password.
Click on the link provided in the email. This will direct you to a page where you can create a new password for your BenchMarx account.
Note: If the Reset Password button does not work, copy and paste the link into your browser.
Step 5: choose a new password
Enter your new password on the password reset page.
For security purposes, make sure your new password is strong and unique. Include a combination of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers that is at least 8 characters.
Once you've entered your new password, click on the 'Reset Password' button.
That's it! You've successfully reset your BenchMarx password and can now access your account with your new credentials. After clicking 'Reset Password,' you will be automatically signed into your account and directed to your project dashboard.
