Attachments such as packing slips, invoices, or pictures associated with timesheets are securely stored within BenchMarx. When you add your timesheets to a cost summary, you'll have visibility into all attachments related to materials and subcontractors, making it easier to track and manage project expenses.

To upload documents and photos to BenchMarx, will look different on the web then on our mobile app. On the web, navigate to the relevant project and timesheet where you intend to attach your documents. Look for the 'Upload' button to select an image from your device, then click 'Add' to attach it to the Materials or Subcontractors.

BenchMarx allows you to upload various documents, including photos and standard document formats like JPG, PNG, PDF with a maximum upload size of 10 MB. Whether it's project-related images, invoices, packing slips, or any other relevant documentation, you can securely store them within BenchMarx.
