Overview

Adding project settings is the first step toward creating accurate timesheets. With BenchMarx, you can customize settings according to your company's specific needs. This guide will walk you through the process, ensuring a seamless setup that aligns perfectly with your project requirements.

Where do I find my project information?

After creating your new project and entering the required information, you'll notice no timesheets are generated yet. To start, go to the project settings on the left-hand side and begin uploading your project details.

Note: Timesheets can still be created, but you will need to input your details manually.

How do I input my project details?

Open the project settings tab to easily access the necessary fields, streamlining data entry in a single timesheet. In the 'General' tab, you'll see your project detail fields. Here you can input

Project Information

  • Project Name

  • Contract Number

  • Description

  • Address

  • Logo

Client Information

  • Client Name

  • Phone Number

  • Address

Note: When adding a logo in the project details, it will override the logo set at the account information specifically for that project.
